We provide an independent honest broker review that challenges and assesses an organization to improve its efficiency and effectiveness.
Our Organizational Analysis and Assessment (A&A) practice includes viewing a problem from an adversary or competitor’s perspective. The goal is to enhance decision making, either by specifying the adversary’s preferences and strategies or by simply acting as a devil’s advocate. We provide an assessment of risks and potential solutions and mitigation paths to program success.
